I believe real estate is personal.

A home is more than an address. It’s one of our biggest financial investments and the backdrop to everyday life. Where we live influences our routines, our relationships, and often what becomes possible next. Good real estate advice should consider more than the transaction. It should consider the lives being lived within it.

For more than 20 years, I’ve helped people buy, sell, renovate, and reimagine homes across North Texas. My career began in commercial real estate at The Staubach Company and eventually led me into residential real estate, becoming a Texas Real Estate Broker, and owning and operating a boutique brokerage for 14 years. Today, I’m an Associate Broker with NextHome NextGen Realty, serving buyers and sellers throughout Dallas, Collin, and Denton Counties.

My experience with real estate, renovations, investment properties, design, and property marketing gives me a different perspective when I walk into a home.

For sellers, I look through a buyer’s eyes—helping determine what’s worth improving, what can be left alone, and how to position a property to compete at its best.

For buyers, I look beyond finishes to consider location, condition, functionality, renovation potential, long-term value, and how a home will actually support the way you want to live.

And sometimes moving isn’t the answer. I also help homeowners make thoughtful decisions about improving and reimagining the home they already have.
